- What I did As part of an interdisciplinary team, I wrote survey questions for the research study, copy for the research report, two blogs, and a landing page.


From kickoff to sharing the results in content assets, I worked with Audience Audit and Teamwork.com’s marketing experts to develop a robust survey that spoke directly to agency decision-makers. Through intentional wording and a collaborative review process, we asked thoughtful questions and gleaned never-before-seen insights into agencies' attitudes, beliefs, perspectives, and challenges with operations.
With creative direction from Teamwork.com, I translated research results into a compelling narrative, meticulously adjusting headings, subheadings, copy blocks, and content order to optimize resonance with the agency audience. Through this research study, Teamwork.com further established itself as an expert on agency operations, now backed by robust proprietary research.
