All heart.

Part researcher. Part storyteller. All heart.

Going deeper is how we get there.

I founded Hatch & Weaver to prove something simple: Marketing has lost the human element, and everybody thrives when it's folded back into the process.

So, I start every project with questions, not assumptions or agendas. And here’s the truth: I want to know you just as much as your people. Your needs shape our work together, not rigid methodologies or one-size-fits-all templates.

You and your people have stories to tell. Maybe, just maybe, it’s the story of how your business changed their lives. These stories emerge when there’s space to explore, and a no-rush, immersive process is how we’ll work together.

Think of me as your curious collaborator, helping you see your people — and maybe even yourself — much clearer.

Start with a free phone or video call to discuss what needs attention and what’s possible. I’ll ask questions, you’ll ask questions, and we’ll see if we click. Our collaboration should only get better with time. Like cheese. Or wine, if that’s your thing.

The human behind the work

Bullet

My gift is my uncanny attention to detail, everything from out-of-place commas to subtle shifts in someone’s tone.

Bullet

My sweet spot is a juicy collaborative workflow with periodic escapes to my writing cave.

My holy grail is telling stories that matter and making art for businesses that are changing the world.

My hot take is that marketing can be a form of play if you’re doing it right.

While I find a special joy in my work, my curiosity goes beyond my professional world. When I’m away from Hatch & Weaver, I’m still creating: interior design, recipe development, and food photography. I’m especially fond of volunteering with a raptor education program (ask about my bird facts!).
